 What We Do
The UK government's Department for International Development, DFID, has engaged Technical Assistance Support Teams, or TASTs, in 5 states to provide health sector advice and management support to state governments. Through their work with relevant departments and officials, TASTs aim to strengthen state health reform programmes and work towards ensuring that changes in the health system and its impact will continue long after DFID has ended its operations in these states.
