Partnerships for reform
Infrastructure Professionals Enterprise (IPE) and Options started working together in January 2006 when they joined hands to form a DFID-supported Technical Assistance Team in West Bengal. This collaboration brings together the international experience of Options and regional experience of IPE in the health sector for positive changes in the health system in India. Family Health International and CARE work with IPE and Options for health sector reforms.

Options is a UK-based organization and is a leading provider of technical assistance, consultancy, and management services in the health and social sectors. Options works with national governments, international development agencies, the private sector, and civil society organisations to help develop and implement effective health policies and programmes. Formed in 1992, Options has provided long-term management services and technical assistance to a wide range of development programmes in Africa, Asia, the Mediterranean, the Middle East, Latin America, and Central and Eastern Europe.
Infrastructure Professionals Enterprise (IPE)
IPE is an Indian organisation and is a leading development sector consultancy in South Asia working with all major financial institutions and bilateral aid agencies. IPE provides services in several areas including international development, public policy, health sector reforms, fiscal and economic studies, infrastructure development, governance, and public sector reforms. It has offices in Delhi, Kolkata(West Bengal), Bhubaneswar (Orissa), Patna (Bihar), and Bhopal (MadhyaPradesh).
